Let me start by saying my son loves his bracelet and the message it came with. I ordered the wrong size for him and within hours of emailing customer service I was informed that not only would they send me a new bracelet in the correct size, but I didn’t even have to return the original one I bought. My son felt it was too bulky with the leather and beads attached. He would’ve worn one or the other. He liked the bead better , but not the leather so much. Unfortunately, he feels it’s too bulky to wear. It was for his birthday May 16th. Is there a way to return this, please?
